Integrative therapy is way to use one or more therapies to help you through an issue.
What is Integrative Therapy?
An experienced therapist can use several different methods to help deal with issues brought up during therapy. Sometimes it is not a ‘one size fits all’ and a skilled therapist can use different therapies when needed. A range of methods can be used from CBT, Psychotherapy, Counselling, NLP and Hypnotherapy.
The therapy can be adapted as you go through your sessions to best address your concerns, issues and feelings which are tailored to your needs.
